Loss of load during transit (Sheet metal)

A section of metal sheeting measuring approx. 2m x 1m, 2mm thick, weighing approximately 40kgs dropped from a Heavy Vehicle trailer moving at 60kph on the outskirts of a regional town. The metal sheet was secured to a small framed structure with several pop rivets. The structure was lashed to the trailer. The rivets failed during transport due to wind resistance and vibration. No one was injured.
