MSF: Fall into chain locker

Whilst working onboard an anchor handling vessel alongside in port, an Able Seaman (AB) fell into an open chain locker (~8 meters deep) during mobilisation for pre-lay workscope.

The AB sustained a minor head injury and was rescued within 5 minutes using onboard emergency procedures.

The injured crew member was transported to hospital for treatment and discharged the following day.
