Teflon pad dropped from crane

After completing lifts with the forward crane, the crane operator stowed the crane boom in its cradle. The crane operator observed one of the Teflon pads dislodge and fall from the cradle. The pad initially fell onto the handrail around the tunnel air lock roof before falling further into the main deck forward landing area.
