This updated guidance document explains the new requirements for carrying Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs) on offshore helicopter flights from 1 July 2025.

It sets out the safety measures designed to reduce lithium-ion battery fire risks, details case requirements and device categories, and supports consistent adoption across operators, contractors and passengers.
