His overarching philosophy is to enable people to succeed safely.He is currently HSE Lead at Three60 Energy, focusing on the safe, efficient and effective decommissioning of the BP Andrew installation. Prior to this, he supported Spirit Energy on decommissioning projects in the Irish Sea and Southern North Sea.Earlier in his career, Dom held a range of HSE, operations and compliance roles across the UK, Canada and the Netherlands. He worked his way up through operational roles, holding senior positions at companies including Westcrofts, Cleveland Dismantling before moving into consultancy Eutech (ICI), ABB and ERM providing strategic global decommissioning support across a range of high-hazard sectors. Steve joined RVA Group in March 2024, bringing extensive expertise in asset closure and project management. His career highlights include winning 10 RoSPA Gold Awards on a single project, serving on the boards of the Institute of Demolition Engineers and Decom Mission, and being granted a fellowship by the Institute of Demolition Engineers and elected onto the Council of Management. Now driving RVA’s global business development, Steve combines technical knowledge with commercial insight to expand the company’s market presence, while supporting operations and project teams in delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective decommissioning solutions worldwide.
